Dispatcher Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Coordinate and assign daily deliveries to delivery drivers.
• Plan and organize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
• Communicate delivery schedules, route changes, and special instructions to drivers.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, staged, and ready for delivery before drivers depart.
• Verify delivery paperwork, invoices, shipping documents, and order accuracy.
• Track driver progress and monitor delivery schedules throughout the day.
• Communicate with customers and internal staff regarding delivery updates, delays, or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver assignments, and delivery completion.
• Assist with resolving delivery problems, missing items, incorrect orders, and scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor driver attendance, departure times, and return times.
• Ensure drivers follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Provide updates to management regarding delivery performance and operational issues.
• Perform other warehouse and dispatch-related duties as assigned.

Dispatcher Qualifications:

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficient in computer systems

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
