Billing Coordinator ~Law Firm Washington, D.C. hybrid

My client is a well-established Law Firm located in downtown Washington, D.C. with a need for a Billing Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Billing and will be tasked with preparing client invoices, reconciling accounts, processing invoices and assisting with collections and accounts receivables. Billing Coordinator with Aderant and/or 3E experience are highly encouraged to apply. The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties:
• Prepare and distribute weekly, quarterly, and year-end reports for clients in Aderant
• Apply firm and client-specific billing guidelines, ensure matter engagement letter compliance
• Effectively interact and communicate with attorneys, secretaries, and clients in a decentralized
billing environment.
• Manage client invoicing and regular collections activities including the generation of
Accounts Receivable reports monthly and reconciliations
• Assist with reviewing and verifying the accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required
• Research and respond to inquiries regarding billing issues and problems
• Create new billing formats as needed
• Preparing Electronic billing, assisting with maintaining the ebilling,

Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in legal billing
Aderant and/or 3E
Ebilling Hubs
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent analytical skills
Law firm experience
