OGeez! Brands is a pioneer in the cannabis industry, known for its innovative and memorable cannabis-infused gummies. Since its inception in 2018, the company has been dedicated to flavoring life's journey with its high-quality THC confections. OGeez! Brands has become an industry leader in cannabis edibles, offering some of the top-selling SKUs in Arizona, and the company has obtained licenses to expand its operations into Illinois.

We are a fast-growing and fast-moving company looking to hire a Packager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Label, pop, trim, sugar, and bag/box products efficiently.
• Quality control.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and tidy workstation.
• Aid in deep cleaning the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

You’ll be a good candidate if you have:

• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work on your feet for an 8-hour shift.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a fingerprint clearance and background check.
• Possess basic math skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Detail oriented and able to follow meticulous instructions.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Must have a positive attitude.
• The ability to work well with others.
• Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Diploma, or equivalent, required.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour. Benefits include paid parental leave, vacation time, 10 paid holidays (including 4/20), health, dental, vision, 401k, flexible spending accounts, company paid life insurance, and company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance.
